Yancey Seibert Shearouse, ASID

Yancey graduated from University of Mississippi with a degree in Interior Design and is a NCIDQ certified interior designer. She has been actively helping clients meet their needs for 20 years and was chosen by Atlanta Decorative Arts Center as "One to Watch" and nominated for ADAC's "Rising Star" award. Yancey enjoys spending time with her husband, Scott, son, Walker, daughter Caroline and her new puppy. In her free time she enjoys reading and playing tennis.

Growing up in Natchez, Mississippi has shaped Yancey's design aesthetic into what it is today. Living amongst architectural splendor in Natchez, perhaps one of the finest examples of a preserved antebellum town, Yancey learned a great deal about architectural history. Coastal influences from time spent living in Savannah, Georgia continue to inspire her projects today. Domestic and international travel also plays an important role in her dedication to current interior design trends. With an appreciation for art and architectural history, a love of patina, and an impeccable eye for detail, Yancey will help you achieve comfortable spaces that you'll use and others will admire.

Cultivating relationships with purveyors of fine fabrics and furnishings, authentic antique collections and emerging artists, Yancey is armed with a toolbox of suppliers to fit every client's interest. In addition, she is always forward thinking by attending the current markets to stay up on the latest trends and technology.
